What is the return policy?
Our prints are made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Rather than being held in stock, every print is produced specifically in response to your order and is printed on Fine Art Paper.
Hot-press fine art paper is a high-quality, archival-grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper. It has an extremely high color gamut, black density, and D-Max for high contrast in both B&W and color reproduction prints. This is perfect for artists and photographers looking for an ultra-smooth fine-art finish.

What if my print gets damaged in shipping?
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. If you receive a damaged print, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video showing the damage, so that we can supply this to the shipping service for insurance purposes.
